- 50 Peugeot e-Expert Hydrogen and Citroën ë-Dispatch Hydrogen zero-emission (Crit’Air 0) vehicles manufactured in France and designed for the transport of People with Reduced Mobility (PRM)
- Potential deployment of 1000 PRM taxis by the end of 2024, as part of the initiative planned by the French authorities for granting “PRM Parisian taxi licences”
- To better meet the needs of people with reduced mobility, Hype is setting up a dedicated organisation to manage this fleet, leveraging specially-trained drivers and a priority access mobile application

AMSTERDAM, June 7, 2023 - Stellantis N.V. (“Stellantis” or the “Company”) announced today that pursuant to its Share Buyback Program (the “Program”) announced on February 22, 2023, covering up to €1.5 billion (total purchase price excluding ancillary costs) to be executed in the open market with the intent to cancel the common shares acquired through the Program and following the completion of the first tranche of the Program as announced on May 18, 2023, Stellantis has signed a share buyback agreement for the second tranche of its Program with an independent investment firm that makes its trading decisions concerning the timing of purchases independently of Stellantis.

- Production of Vivaro-platform vans began in 2001, with more than 350,000 Vivaro models sold to date in the UK
- Luton manufacturing plant first opened its doors in 1905 and has been producing vans since 1932

AMSTERDAM, NANTERRE, PARIS, May 16, 2023 - Faurecia, a company of the FORVIA group, Michelin and Stellantis announce today the signing of a binding agreement for Stellantis to acquire 33.3% stake in Symbio, a leader in zero-emission hydrogen mobility. Faurecia and Michelin will remain shareholders with 33.3% holding each.

- While committed to 100% battery electric passenger car sales in Europe by 2030, Stellantis is testing the usability of eFuels on European vehicles produced since 2014 (Euro 6) to reinforce carbon emission reductions
- 28 engine families are being tested to make them eFuels friendly, which can provide an up to 90% reduction in CO2 emissions
- Solution could be applied on up to 28 million Stellantis vehicles with the potential to reduce up to 400 million tons of CO2 in Europe from 2025 to 2050
