Singapore, 17 September 2023 – Alfa Romeo F1 Team Stake raced fiercely under the Marina Bay lights, but the increased turn of pace in Sunday’s showdown just wasn’t enough to bring home the points. Zhou Guanyu performed a good comeback from a pit-lane start, racing into the points thanks to an aggressive strategy by the team; in the end, however, he had to settle for 12th place, just outside the top ten. Team-mate, Valtteri Bottas, also raced in the points-scoring positions around the halfway mark, only to see his race ended by a technical issue before the closing stages.

Singapore, 16 September 2023 – Alfa Romeo F1 Team Stake fell just short of a spot in Q2 in qualifying for the Singapore Grand Prix, with Valtteri Bottas setting the 16th fastest time, ahead of team-mate, Zhou Guanyu, in P19. It was a difficult session for the team at the Marina Bay Circuit: both drivers will aim to make up ground tomorrow with race pace and strategy as the team aims to climb their way into the points.

Monza, 3 September 2023 – Alfa Romeo F1 Team Stake scored a precious point on home soil, with Valtteri Bottas finishing tenth in an exciting Italian Grand Prix. Opting for a reverse strategy as one of only three cars starting on hard tyres, Valtteri and the team executed a spotless run to make up ground in the second half of the race and climb into the top ten. Zhou Guanyu had a more challenging race, eventually finishing 14th in a performance that boasted some good overtaking manoeuvres.

Monza, 2 September 2023 – Alfa Romeo F1 Team Stake battled for the grid in front of a raucous home crowd in qualifying for the Italian Grand Prix. Valtteri Bottas claimed a spot in Q2, eventually setting the 14th fastest time, two spots ahead of team-mate, Zhou Guanyu. These positions will give the team a fair shot at a spot in the top ten in tomorrow’s race, a result that would delight the crowd of colleagues supporting the team from a dedicated grandstand on the home straight.

Zandvoort, 27 August 2023 – Alfa Romeo F1 Team Stake left Zandvoort with no reward after a challenging weekend in the Netherlands. In a race heavily affected by the weather, with sudden downpours making the track nigh on undriveable, Zhou Guanyu and Valtteri Bottas both drove within the points at times: eventually, though, the team could not capitalise on this position, with Valtteri finishing 14th and Zhou emerging unscathed from a rain-induced crash at turn one.

Zandvoort, 26 August 2023 – Alfa Romeo F1 Team Stake couldn’t capitalise on its practice performance in qualifying for the Dutch Grand Prix. In a rain-affected session in Zandvoort, Zhou Guanyu and Valtteri Bottas claimed the 16th and 19th fastest laps, a result that does not reflect the form shown earlier in the weekend, where the team was solidly in the top ten.

In July, Alfa Romeo registered over 2,300 new cars in Italy, representing growth of over 60% compared to the same month in 2022.

The Italian brand's positioning as a premium marque that is growing from one year to the next has been confirmed: in January to July 2023, its share doubled year-on-year.

The Tonale has been confirmed as the best-selling Premium C-SUV in the segment, with a share of 6% in July, further strengthening its leadership.

Spa-Francorchamps, 30 July 2023 – Alfa Romeo F1 Team KICK executed a solid recovery race at the Belgian Grand Prix, with Valtteri Bottas and Zhou Guanyu making up places to finish just outside the points-scoring positions, in 12th and 13th respectively. Both drivers had a busy afternoon as they were enmeshed in battles and end-to-end action, in which their C43s demonstrated good pace and was able to fight on an equal footing with its rivals.

Spa-Francorchamps, 29 July 2023 – Alfa Romeo F1 Team KICK battled the elements in a shortened Sprint Race in Spa-Francorchamps. Starting from the bottom of the grid, Valtteri Bottas and Zhou Guanyu did a fine job keeping out of trouble and, amid the spray and the slippery conditions, made up a few places to cross the finish line in 13th and 15th positions, respectively.

Alfa Romeo ends the first half of 2023 with exceptional figures: globally, registrations are up 57%.

Budapest, 23 July 2023 – Alfa Romeo F1 Team Stake went from the high of yesterday’s strong qualifying performance to the challenge of a difficult race at the Hungarian Grand Prix, as the team didn’t get to build up on the solid performances shown on Saturday.
